MR. NEW YORK 2011, Scott Larsen

Scott Larsen has lived in 7 states over the past 5 years. With every move making a step closer to his goal of living in New York City and pursuing his dream of performing on Broadway. Upon arriving he booked his first gig playing Shnozz Wilson in the workshop of a new show also hoping to make it to the Great White Way called, Maraton 33. A show depicting the rise and fall of dance marathons during the thirties, and the life of June Havoc.

Scott frequently performs with RWS and Associates, an entertainment company based out of the Big Apple which has led to shows in Las Vegas, New York, Conneticut, New Jersey, Pennslyvania, Ohio and Virginia. Before moving to the city Scott also performed at the theme park Busch Gardens, Williamsburg.
After recieving his BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University he landed his favorite job to date at the Pittsburgh CLO. A summer stock where he performed in West Side Story, Annie Get Your Gun, and Mame.

Scott would like to thank his first dance teacher, Jane, for inspiring him every step of the way to following his dream. As well, as his friends and family for always being there to support him along the journey.
