Star Princess Program

“Mentoring Young Ladies to Become Leaders of Tomorrow”

The Star Princess program is designed to introduce young ladies, ages 5 through 12 years of age to the Miss New York and Miss America program before they reach competition age and to help them understand that Miss America is not just a dream but something they can begin preparing for at a young age.  It allows them the opportunity to work closely with the Miss New York Local Titleholders who will serve as their role models and mentors through community service.                                                                           

Miss New York Local Titleholders will select the young ladies that they wish to have as their Princesses.  Each Miss New York Titleholder will be required to have at least one Princess and encouraged to have up to three. These Princesses should be selected immediately following being crowned as a local titleholder so that the titleholder can begin mentoring them well before the Miss New York Pageant. Star Princesses are encouraged to join her mentor/titleholder in appearances and volunteer opportunities when possible.  Absolute final deadline for turning in Princess Information will be May 30, 2018.

To become a participant in the Miss New York’s Star Princess Program, the following steps must be completed:

To fill out the application please print it and sign the Statement of Understanding

Mail the completed forms with the $150.00 registration fee and current photograph of the Star Princess (see rules for photographs)

Be sure to include all contact information including your E-Mail Address.  Most all communication is through E-Mail so it is vital that we have a current E-Mail address.  Application will not be accepted unless all information and photograph is attached.

The $150.00 registration includes:

Official Star Princess Crown

Star Princess T-Shirt

Ticket for Princess only to attend the Miss New York Pageant’s Preliminaries and Finals.  This ticket is nontransferable.  One ticket for ONE parent or guardian to attend finals only.

Participates on-stage with the Local Miss Titleholder during their introduction.

Participation in a special Production Number during the Finals of the Miss New York Pageant!
