The Miss New York Scholarship Organization’s 501(c)3 The Empire State Educational Scholarship Fund (ESESF) provides viable educational opportunities to the young women of New York through scholarships, service and volunteerism. It strives to recognize the intelligence, talent, moral character and personal commitment of its exceptional participants as they pursue excellence. Our 2013 goal is $35,000 in scholarship awards.
