The final three spots in the Miss New York class of 2014 will be awarded this month as eighteen women compete for the titles of Miss Heart of New York, Miss Southern Tier and Miss Liberty at on March 23rd in Cortland, NY.
Dozens of applications poured in from women across the state hoping to earn their shot at attending the Miss New York state finals. Only the first 18 were accepted. The three winners of this regional competition will compete live at the Miss New York 2014 pageant in Staten Island this summer for their chance at a state scholarship and the opportunity to represent her state at Miss America.
