To become Miss New York’s Outstanding Teen, a contestant must either first win a Local Competition, or compete as an At-Large Contestant (Download Application Form) at the New York State Pageant. This process requires personal commitment, hard work and talent. To compete in the Miss New York’s Outstanding Teen program, you need commitment, perseverance, talent and ambition.
