The Miss New York State Scholarship Organization is the official state preliminary of the Miss America Organization that pairs academic scholarships with hands-on non-profit leadership. By encompassing the ideals of the four points of the Miss America Organization, we are impacting New York through advocacy, encouraging creative arts & physical health, and building a community of female ambassadors across the Empire State.
